Best stay-at-home-wear

So we are all inside & trying to work out what is the new normal in this crazy world we are living in!
I'm holding it together for my family with 3 teenagers, whilst trying to maintain my sanity!
One thing that I am enjoying is dressing from my wardrobe (something I truly believe in), finding new ways to work pieces for comfort whilst still feeling stylish. I am trying to keep the motivation up. I've got to admit its not easy to mentally psych myself up to get out of my PJs (if I looked as good as Alexa in hers I wouldn't bother!) or gym gear, but I'm forcing myself and it does make me feel better. This is more than surface for me, this is the way I can stay sane and feel better on the inside, if I feel good on the outside.
With that in mind I thought I would share some of the best things you can buy now for home delivery to keep your positive energy up! Stay at home wear that will also work for hopefully a sunnier, warmer outside time. (click on images for more info or to buy)
The Power of Print
I LOVE print! They cheer me up and lets be honest we could all do with that at the moment! Here are some great stay-at-home-wear options. Don't be afraid of going for top and bottoms in same prints, they are easier to wear than you think and you can always start slow and wear as separates. The PJ style tops will look fab with ripped straight legged jeans or 70s style wide leg jeans. The trousers would look great with a plain knit or a white tee. And for the bravest amongst you, try clashing prints, look for prints with similar colours or think of an animal print or a black and white geometric print as a 'neutral' print that can often be mixed with more colourful ones.
Just let your imagination go wild and experiment with things in your wardrobe. Even if it goes wrong at least no one but your family will see!
The Co-ord
If you want to make little effort but look like you've made more, than you need a co-ord! Not only will you instantly feel more stylish but you get to use them as separates too, so will work hard for you in your wardrobe. I love Wyse London loungewear, it may be a bit pricey but it will last you, as the quality is amazing, I particularly love their cashmere. So cost per wear...
I couldn't do stay-at-home-wear without featuring something from Me+Em who do amazing quality loungewear that you can easily style up for those days that are hopefully not too far away, when we have the freedom to come and go as we please and can spend quality time with friends and loved ones.
The trousers would look great with a blazer or try the casual top and hoodie with a mens style suit. The thing to think about is contrast, if you have casual joggers, think of adding a smarter top half, to mix things up and look more stylish.
That's it for now! #staysafestaysane
Would love to hear your comments / suggestions on what you would like to see...
Thanks for reading (and even bigger thanks if you made it to here!)
Signing out :)
