Worked sideways from cuff to cuff, this Lace Kimono is a fairly easy project. You will need to work a 4 stitch pattern repeat, and learn to decrease within the stitch pattern. The pattern offers many sizes to choose from: 37" (41, 45, 49, 53, 57) actual bust + 5" ease.

You will need:
5 (6, 7, 7, 8, 9) balls of TIlli Tomas Simple Heaven (100% spun silk, 2ply bulky) 120 yds/100gm hank
2 (2, 3, 3, 4, 4) balls of Tilli Tomas Asteroid (100% spun silk, 2ply bulky) prestrung with glass beads
US8 (5mm) knitting needles
Tapestry needle, scissors

Gauge:

3 sts/3.5 rows = 1" in blocked lace
4 sts/4 rows = 1" in stockinette stitch
