Holiday Update
Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at 1:03AM In between all of my Spring 2006 deadlines, I have managed to squeeze in a few Christmas presents. While I cannot divulge too much information until after the holidays, for fear of the recipients reading this article, I will say that I am happy with the gifts I have chosen. I also took advise from Martha Stewart last week. She suggested making caramel corn and peppermint bark for gifts. I bought some charming tins and took her advise. So far, they have been a real hit. I also make an organic, all natural lip balm with beeswax, olive oil, VItamin E oil, and peppermint oil. It is very moisturizing and feels great on your lips. So far, its been a hit, too.
At different times this month, I sent out all of my design samples ahead of schedule, except for one. Its a 2400 yard lace project that is stunning, gorgeous and truly one of a kind. I finished assembling it today, and it is blocking now for the night. I hope to send it off tomorrow. I can't wait to see it published!
I am very anxious to share photos of my new designs. But, my customers deserve the priviledge of premiering the photos first. Shortly thereafter, I will gladly share photos here, too. Please visit again soon. There is a new series of patterns in knit, crochet, and a combination of techniques coming very soon.
