A fellow F8FS knit-a-long

june1006_fantasy_panel1.jpgAs promised, I want to post other peoples pictures of the knit-a-long process of the Figure 8 Fantasy Shawl (F8FS). Hollis, from www.fullthreadahead.com, has been participating all along. I stopped by her blog today to find a photo of her first finished motif. Well done, Hollis! I look forward to seeing more of your progress in weeks to come.

I've spoken with several other participants. Please feel welcome to share your photos with us, and I will gladly post anyone's progress here at www.styledbykristin.com

My Indian Summer colorway sample garment arrived safely in Indianapolis on Saturday. I had delivered it to Cheryl Potter, of Cherry Tree Hill Yarn Company. She was happy with the finished results and prominently displayed the shawl in the center of her large booth at TNNA. Unfortunately, no cameras were allowed on the floor at TNNA, otherwise I would have taken a shot to share with you here.

TNNA was a huge show for me, and there are lots of big, exciting secrets that I can't wait to share with you...when the time comes. Man, its soooo hard to keep big secrets!!!!!
