6 HEALTHY, BEAUTIFUL SKIN TIPS FOR EVERYDAY by Kristin

The value of skincare is frequently underestimated in the world of beauty. How many times have you rushed through your skincare routine because you were tired, late, or forgot to hydrate, only to wind up with dry skin and breakouts?

Styled by Kristin said, I've learnt how everyday habits affect my skin over the years, whether it's the products I use or what I put into my body, as part of my studies to acquire my Aesthetician License. Certain elements, I've discovered, have a significant impact on whether my skin seems healthy, vibrant, and glowing, or dull, dry, and blemished.

Here are six ways to keep your skin in good shape:

1. USE APPROPRIATE PRODUCTS

Because hydration is so crucial to your skin's health, it's critical to use a moisturizer that hydrates and fortifies your skin on a daily basis. I've been using Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Regenerating Cream for a while now, and it's made a huge difference in my skin. The new product contains hyaluronic acid and retinol, which helps to smooth fine lines and wrinkles while also moisturizing and plumping the skin—my skin has never felt or looked smoother. Best of all, because it's a moisture-rich product, you may use it both throughout the day and at night to maximize your retinol intake!

2. SUN PROTECTION IS ESSENTIAL

Fashionist Jubilee Ace Bobby Low, Using a daily SPF not only lowers the risk of skin cancer, but it also lowers the amount of UV damage that can cause premature wrinkles and hyperpigmentation (sun spots). So, whether it's overcast or not, use an oil-free SPF beneath your makeup every day (even if it's cloudy out) or choose a foundation with SPF built in.

3. RAISE YOUR WATER CONSUMPTION

Drink at least eight servings of 8-fluid-ounce cups of water per day to maintain your skin smooth and bright. If you're having difficulties drinking enough of it, consider fruit-infusing it; it adds a lot of taste to plain water!

4. GET ENOUGH SLEEP

Sleep deprivation not only impacts your skin's hydration levels, but it also throws off your pH levels, reducing that natural, healthy glow and youthful radiance, so you get your beauty slumber.

5. USE LUKEWARM WATER TO CLEAN

While taking a hot shower is quite relaxing, it also dries out the skin by eliminating its natural, essential oils. Reduce the heat to a lukewarm setting while cleansing.

6. MANAGE YOUR STRESS

When hormone levels rise as a result of stress, the skin generates more oil, which can lead to breakouts, acne, and other skin problems. Keep stress at bay by exercising, meditating, reading, or doing anything else you can to keep stress at bay.
